Most builds are ready within a few business days once parts are in. We give you a clear timeline up front and let you know the moment it’s tested and ready to pick up.

Yes — that’s one of our favorite things to do. We laser-etch characters, logos or artwork into the tempered-glass panel or the metal on your case bring us a favorite game or character and we’ll design around it.

We keep a big in-store stock of the latest graphics cards, components, and custom mechanical keyboards. If we don’t have a specific part, we can usually track it down for you or get it next day.

Bring it in— we’ll diagnose it, explain what’s going on, and quote a fair price before we do any work.

Many common repairs are done the same day. More involved jobs take a little longer, but we’ll always give you a realistic timeline and keep you posted along the way.

We’ll always tell you the diagnostic cost up front, and for minor issues we often don’t charge at all. No surprises — you approve any work before we start.

Diagnosis for Desktops is $59.99 and Laptops are $69.99

Generally all Diagnosis goes into the repair costs, any additional we call ahead of time for approval before moving forward so we can be as transparent as possible.

Yes — every build comes with a warranty and ongoing support. If something acts up, bring it back and we’ll take care of it. That’s the upside of buying local instead of online.

Not only do we offer our standard in store warranty for parts and labor, but most of your parts come with a longer manufacturer warranty that we can help with!
